- The basic elements and structure of a thorough,
biopsychosocial workup that can be performed from the physician's
consultation room, for eating-disorder patients.

- Psychotherapy and Behavioral Management
- An overview on essentials of management,
including attention to therapist stance, "best practice"
techniques, treatment priorities and enhancing motivation for change.
